Doll can be shipped within 60 business working days (excluded Saturday, Sunday and holidays for production time) after pre-order is closed.
In case of adding make-up option, please add 15~20 working days. Any delay occur might be because flooded orders, raining weather or any event sale period.

Shipping schedule might be delay in case if there is any weather problems or a lot of orders, which will cause the delay in production.
